2FA System design for DKV
Designed the end-to-end 2FA experience for the DKV Mobility”s account portal. Covering three authentication methods and a full recovery system for fleet managers and business operators across Europe. The goal was to meaningfully design a meaningful security that fits the fast-paced of fleet operators, without adding friction that drives users away from protecting their accounts.
